Cinnamon Rolls

One of HH's aunt's made cinnamon rolls for the 4th of July shindig that MIL throws each year. MIL said they were delicious and really easy to make.

She was right!

Cinnamon Rolls

We used two tubes of instant biscuits (like Grands). Dip biscuits in butter. Then coat in sugar mixture (equal parts brown and white sugar with cinnamon to taste). Place sideways in a 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake according to directions on the tube (we had to bake a little longer). Then turn rolls out into another pan so melted cinnamon and sugar tops rolls. Top with standard confectioner's sugar "frosting".

We didn't have them with the frosting (I don't care much for that part anyway) but they were delicious!

Trying to talk myself out of making them again as they don't really jive with the whole diet thing.
