The Booty

No, not mine. The Christmas Booty.

It was a flurry of wrapping paper here Christmas morning. Basically, we were racing the clock for one of us getting sick(er). Good times, good times. But here is the lowdown:

The Hubby:
  • New tires for his car (boring, but needed)
  • The new Garth box set
  • Smithsonian Motor (something to build - from his parents)
  • Fancy, schmancy gloves (they're huge!)
  • A Fire to Win - coaching book
  • Soccer Pig bank
  • 20 Questions - one of the neatest games I've seen in years, the father-in-law thought it was great and he's not easily impressed
  • Other various soccer things - his presents definitely had a theme
  • A bunch of candles - pumpkin spice scented
  • Dish towels (they have a kitty like Socks on them and say, "Love Me, Love my Cat")
  • Two new cookbooks - Fix It and Forget it Lightly and a book of casseroles and slow cooker recipes
  • Harry Potter Scene It
  • Teacher Man
  • Favorite Brand Name Casseroles and Slow Cooker Recipes
  • A flashlight that never needs batteries and is indestructible - Oooo a challenge.
  • 2 cat calendars
  • Various stocking stuffers
  • Furniture
  • VCR
  • Digital Camera
The in-laws gave us money to get something for our anniversary, but we haven't decided what yet.

All in all, a good haul. We were very lucky this year.
